Specialised in the manufacture of catering sauces and pork bard, CAP Solutions culinaires (Pleucadeuc, Jean Floch group) has an R&D centre comprising 8 people in charge of designing and executing tailor-made sauce recipes based on customer requests. The company recently create an egg- and mustard-free vegan mayonnaise, for which it was recently nominated for the innovation grand prix at the Sirha Salon in Lyon.
Celebrating its fortieth anniversary, CAP Solutions plans to expand its exports to 30% of its turnover within three years. With this in mind, the company is working on its image, based on a new logo and slogan. CAP Solutions culinaires is also diversifying into a third business activity, namely the creation of powdered spice blends, a plus for the company which is targeting €40M turnover by 2020 (against the current €30M).
