With the market for general public personal assistants growing rapidly, Haapie (Rennes) has developed Haapie-One, a social robot incorporating cognitive system, speech recognition and dialogue management technologies for the BtoB market. The company is already reporting requests from people involved in healthcare, banking and vocational training.
It also sells white label software bricks and is targeting robotics, connected objects and manufacturers seeking to incorporate this technology to facilitate the man-machine interaction. Haapie achieves 60% of its turnover outside France, mainly in North America, as it offers speech recognition in both English and French.
