From sourcing to tasting
It has its own research and development laboratory where it can develop its own recipes marketed in white label but also offer creations tailor-made for its customers, as per their specifications. Over and beyond the creation and production of recipes, combining culinary culture and food technology, Inariz also has its own marketing unit to support its customers in the integral design of their product brand: creation of a brand name, product visual identity and graphic packaging design. Inariz thus positions itself as a privileged partner for its customers by offering a 360-degree service, from raw material sourcing to tasting.
Forty million bags a year
Inariz is a subsidiary of the Marbour Group, a key player in the rice industry that develops innovative environmental solutions for industries. The group has a turnover of €350M for 1,000 employees and has 18 establishments. Specialising in dry rice, the group has been expanding since 2006 into the cooked rice market with Inariz, which benefited in 2017 from an investment of €5M in an extension of 1,000 m2 and new machinery. This investment has enabled it to increase its production capacity by 60%. Today, the site has a production tool at the cutting edge of the latest innovations with automated lines adapted to large series and a computerised system for highly-sophisticated traceability. Inariz markets forty million bags and 2.5 million cups a year across Europe. The company generates a turnover of €20M per year and employs 55 people.
