Operational since March 2017, Nokia’s new Breton Campus (Lannion) was officially opened on 24 May. This is the group’s most ambitious estate development project worldwide, as well as the biggest HQE site in Bretagne (9,000 m²) in tertiary building. Deployed on the historic site of Alcatel-Lucent around a modular centre for meetings and conferences, it includes high end open office spaces for R&D dedicated to 5G and cybersecurity. Note that Nokia employs ~100,000 employees worldwide, with 4,000 in France. The group is looking to become the leader in equipment for telephone operators, cybersecurity, Cloud and IoT.
