Independent renewable energy producer Langa (Rennes, 35 employees, turnover: €68 M) confirms its strategy of external growth by acquiring Eole Avenir Développement (Boulogne-Billancourt, 5 employees), a counterpart which holds a portfolio of 120 MW in wind and solar power. Langa has more than 500 MW of projects in France and abroad. This operation should enable it to consolidate itself in the long term with projects both in development and in the operational phase.
The company is a developer-producer-builder-operator, which gives it operational agility and allows it to establish long-term partnerships with all types of players in the industry: developers, communities, landowners, energy suppliers.
