During its annual “re:Invent” conference, Amazon named PredicSis (Lannion) as one of “four start-ups to follow”. The start-up presented its ChurnSpotter predictive artificial intelligence solution to the conference. This gives companies the chance to anticipate customer behaviour and plan campaigns by analysing big data. The PredicSis platform demonstrated 40% increase in retention rate during initial tests along with a huge calculating capacity and record response times. PredicSis is planning to raise several million euros to globalise. Its customers are in France, South Africa, Poland, Romania and the USA. The start-up has announced the opening of a San Francisco office.
