Lacroix Electronics designs and manufactures electronic functions for the car, home appliance, aeronautical and medical industries, whilst Lacroix Sofrel designs optimised remote management equipment for water and energy infrastructures and Lacroix City designs and manufactures connected and interoperable equipment for smart roads.
The group is now creating a laboratory – Lacroix Lab – in Cesson-Sévigné. A dedicated three-person team from the group’s three business areas have the goal of accelerating innovation in data management and user interfaces of their products. Lacroix Lab will rely on the local Rennes ecosystem, schools, research laboratories, start-ups, SME and major groups, with areas of expertise that complement those of the Lacroix Group (Nantes, 3,900 employees, €430M turnover 2016, including 60% export) strongly, mainly in the field of the Smart World.
